Refund & Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Defective product

Significant mismatch between product description and actual item

Note: Returns are not accepted for minor color variations or buyer remorse.

2.2 Return Window

Customers must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

2.3 Return Process

Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp. Provide order details and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.

Once approved, ship the product back in original packaging.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
